1. Product Application

Difference between pin extruder and exhaust extruder:

Exhaust Extruder: Since the exhaust port is connected to a vacuum pump There are two sections of screw inside the barrel. After the first section of screw passes the feeding section, plasticizing section and homogenizing section, it basically reaches plasticization. When the molten gas mixture is pushed to the second stage screw, it is further plasticized. Under relatively stable conditions, the melt is squeezed towards the abrasive.
